  33. resurrect the bug, or a similar one.  It's happened to us before.  In fact,
  34. if I remember correctly, I tried something that looks very much like the 
  35. current "end of call" code under VMS 4.7, and it would sometimes get wedged...)

  37. You will also sometimes see SS$_ILLIOFUNC, illegal I/O function, for a similar
  38. reason.

  41. IOSBs over the past 15 years.  Not to mention probing buffers, copying buffers,
  42. etc.)
