  20. First of all, you're correct in saying that the creation of the files
  21. MAIL.TXT and $HDRS$MAIL.TXT were responsible for PMDF starting to use Multinet
  22. MM to deliver to your account. Someone or something must have created these
  23. files; PMDF never creates Multinet MM files of this sort for you.

  25. I have no idea who or what created the files. All it takes is someone
  26. accidentally running Multinet MM and saying YES to the first question it
  27. asks. It is very unfortunate that this is all it takes to switch to Multinet
  28. MM but that's the way TGV chose to do it. There's nothing we can do about it.
