- First of all, you're correct in saying that the creation of the files
- MAIL.TXT and $HDRS$MAIL.TXT were responsible for PMDF starting to use Multinet
- MM to deliver to your account. Someone or something must have created these
- files; PMDF never creates Multinet MM files of this sort for you.

- I have no idea who or what created the files. All it takes is someone
- accidentally running Multinet MM and saying YES to the first question it
- asks. It is very unfortunate that this is all it takes to switch to Multinet
- MM but that's the way TGV chose to do it. There's nothing we can do about it.
