  18. It looks like a CMU-Tek error code.  From the CMU V6.5 NETERROR.MSG file,
  19. it would appear to be NET$_DSFMTERR.  It's different for V6.4; I don't know
  20. if it's different for V6.6.  You can check it yourself by digging out the
  21. NETERROR.MSG file for the version you're running, using
  22.  
  23.     $ MESSAGE/LIST/NOOBJ NETERROR.MSG
  24.  
  25. to generate the listing, then SEARCHing the listing file for 08638182.
