- I read something about a Sidney Fox who did experiments on amino acids in
- the late '70s. He found that amino acids do not link randomly but in
- specific sequences. These polymers, when added to water, become
- self-replicating proteins. Supposedly, they can be considered alive.
- I was wondering if anyone had the recipe lying around. I was thinking that
- these things might make good pets.

- ps-actually, I just want the recipe to satisfy my own curiousity. Can I make
- life in my bathtub?
