  10. I read something about a Sidney Fox who did experiments on amino acids in 
  11. the late '70s.  He found that amino acids do not link randomly but in 
  12. specific sequences.  These polymers, when added to water, become 
  13. self-replicating proteins.  Supposedly, they can be considered alive.
  14. I was wondering if anyone had the recipe lying around.  I was thinking that
  15. these things might make good pets.
