  28. A *scientific theory* makes *testable* predictions.
  29.  In order to convince me that what you posted was a theory, you (or someone)
  30. should now detail, oh, three main predictions that this theory makes, and
  31. the evidence that backs up those predictions having been fulfilled. 'Kay?
