- Regarding jayson Flick's note on transportation planning,
- even if one were able to undermine the culture of avarice
- which underlies and undermines planners' attempts to address
- urban congestion problems, there is an equally intractible problem:
- the U.S. population will probably reach 400 million within 50 years.
