  12. My neighbor has a woodburning fireplace and the smoke from his 
  13. chimney is polluting the air around my house and gets into my
  14. house.  He uses his fireplace from about 6:30 a.m. to about 9:00
  15. p.m.   It smells terrible and is a nuisance when it gets into my
  16. house.  Why does it get into my house?  What  could be causing 
  17. tjos strong smell (I can hardly breathe when I am outside).  What
  18. can I do about it?
