- This is my third attempt to post this. If it doesn't get through,
- email me and let me know.
- -----
- 'Back so soon?' I asked Matt as he walked in the door at midnight.
- 'You'll never get anything off that girl, trust me.' He had been
- trying to lay our gorgeous but prissy neighbor who lived across the
- street for some time, but was continually denied. Flowers, candy,
- and expensive dinners had failed to do the trick.
-
- 'The night is young, my man. Especially when you have these.'
- He held up a small pill bottle and rattled it.
-
- 'What is that?' I asked.
-
- 'Spanish fly. Guaranteed to make her hornier than a bitch in heat
- in under an hour. I slipped some in her drink before I left her
- house,' Matt said with a straight face.
-
- 'You have _got_ to be shitting me.' Matt was always a fun roommate
- to have but he talked a bullshit streak a mile wide. 'There's no
- such thing as Spanish Fly.'
-
- 'Yeah? Follow me.' He gestured towards the stairs. 'And bring
- your binoculars.'
-
- Sure, I thought. I can play along. We got my binoculars and went
- into his room, leaving the light off. Through his venetian blinds
- we could see that Our Favorite Neighbor's light was still on, and
- that her window was open.
-
- 'Now, watch and learn,' Matt said. We shared the binoculars -- his
- right eye on the left eyepiece, my left eye on the right. We could
- immediately see our neighbor pacing her room in an agitated manner.
- Finally, she settled on her bed with her legs facing us. She leaned
- back, and we could see her hands work their way towards the crotch
- of her shorts, unbuttoning them. 'No way!' I said. She began in
- a slow rhythm, gradually increasing, until her body began to shudder.
-
- Matt spoke in a low tone: 'Now, come on, honey -- pick up the phone
- -- that's it -- Yes!' He let out a whoop. 'Looks like someone here
- won't be spending the night alone!'
-
- Her face look raven and desperate as she dialed the phone. Matt
- gestured to his bedroom receiver and laughed, 'How many times do you
- think I should let it ring?' But the phone didn't ring. Matt
- hurriedly returned to the binoculars. We could see her talking
- briefly to someone and then hanging up.
-
- 'Who was she talking to? WHO THE FUCK WAS SHE TALKING TO!??!?'
- I began to laugh hysterically. We saw our neighbor get up and close
- the curtains then, and a few minutes later, the front porch light
- came on.
