  28. My opposition to abortion banning legislation stems from an opposition 
  29. to having the government tell women what medical proceedures they can 
  30. or cannot undergo for moral reasons.  I would similarly oppose the 
  31. goverment telling men that they must/mustn't have vasectomies.
