  38. Yes, since it's clearly contrary to fact.  He concludes that states can not
  39. prohibit post-viability abortions, when in fact they do; such restrictions
  40. have been passed *after* RvW, and remain unchallenged (because *nobody* with
  41. any intelligence believes that nonsense).
