- You still have the issue of life-threatening situations for the mother. In
- this case, you have to chose one way or the other. In general, you would
- still have to yield to the decision of the woman as to whether she is
- willing to risk death (or die) in order to deliver. If not, then she
- should still have access to abortion. Given the above assumption, of
- course.
