- Of course this discussion is a beautiful example of a pro-abortion
- diversionary tactic. To make an analogy based upon the legal and social
- ramifications of slavery vs. abortion is folly. The true analogy is much
- more sinister in how it portrays society's ability to tolerate gross
- inhumanity. Slavery is just one example.
-
- Read what Stephan Douglas had to say about "choice" and slavery. That
- sugar-coated concept magically reared its head way back then. It is, of
- course, a very powerful tool for swaying public opinion. Just as the
- magician can force one's attention away from the guilty hand - "Look in the
- hat, no child here!"
-
- So, in fact, the analogy between slavery "pro-choicers" and abortion
- "pro-choicers" is pristine. Even pro-aborts have to sleep at night.
