  18. Contrary to what some people think, Roe V. Wade was a decision of the
  19. supreme court, not legislation.  It did in fact overturn some legislation,
  20. in particular that which restricted abortion, but it itself was not
  21. legislation.  It did not make abortion legal, it overturned some laws
  22. making abortion illegal.  Anything is legal unless laws make it 
  23. illegal.  q.e.d.  (I think that is latin for "Kevin Darcy is an absolute
  24. fool.")
