  31. If a woman doesn't want a child, and doesn't think that she can support
  32. him/her herself, then she is under NO OBLIGATION to bring him/her into
  33. this world, just as I recognise NO OBLIGATION to pay for a child whom
  34. I have chosen during pregnancy, not to support, either.

  36. And don't be telling me about having to spend taxpayer's money - Perhaps
  37. such amounts should be *lowered* as a disincentive to bring a child into
  38. the world who cannot be supported by his/her parents.  It will, sadly
  39. also increase the number of abortions and adoptions, but it would also
  40. reduce the need for people to bemoan their lost tax dollars.
