  27. Actually, I often find distinctive physical characteristics, ones that make
  28. someone look different from the rest of the crowd, to be at least mildly 
  29. appealing.  Plus, if you spend much time with someone who has a characteristic
  30. that originally struck you as unappealing, you might be surprised at how
  31. quickly it can become appealing.
