  24. Not exactly.  The pre-sex contract isn't insurance (it doesn't pay money to
  25. try to make up for other effects).

  27. Hey, that's what we need: paternity/maternity insurance!  Then we wouldn't 
  28. have to argue about forcing abortion, or withholding child support from 
  29. children, or insulting with contracts.  Why hasn't someone thought of this yet?
