  21. Ordinarily this idea is fine, but unfortunatly it is difficult to apply
  22. to Judeasim.  I'm an ElligibleSingleJewishMan (Sorry, that wacky BIG D thing)
  23. who has never actually met an ElligibleSingleJewishWoman I was really
  24. interested in.  I've dated plenty of non-jews, and had lots of fights
  25. with other Jewish people on the merrits/problems with marrying inside/outside
  26. the clan, and I don't think people outside the religion realize just how
  27. big a problem this is.

  29. Anyone who would like to discuss this could drop me some e-mail, and I'll
  30. tell you my theories, or perhaps soc.culture.jewish...?

  32. Anyhow, the biggest fight I ever had with my Jewish mother was over the
  33. religion of whom I should marry (It's ok to date non-jews, but when you 
  34. get married she should be Jewish), even though she married a Christian.

  46. woman once (In Isreal) and I've still got scars from the frostbyte.
