- No, it is not a new fad. Women have been wearing them for years now.
- Unfortunately, most of the women who wear them, shouldn't. Also, I've
- seen some that fell down around the lower ankle. The proper way for
- them to be worn is above the ankle, and only with High Heels. If you
- want to see something stupid, look at a woman wearing an ankle bracelet
- with flat shoes. If you want to see something really bad, look at those
- women who have permanent "ankle bracelets" tattooed on their ankles.
