  17. No, it is not a new fad.  Women have been wearing them for years now.
  18. Unfortunately, most of the women who wear them, shouldn't.  Also, I've
  19. seen some that fell down around the lower ankle.  The proper way for
  20. them to be worn is above the ankle, and only with High Heels.  If you
  21. want to see something stupid, look at a woman wearing an ankle bracelet
  22. with flat shoes.  If you want to see something really bad, look at those
  23. women who have permanent "ankle bracelets" tattooed on their ankles.
  24. Give me a break...
