  25. Well one should hope not. Everyone who knows you expects
  26. you will keep them nice and shiny and new so that when
  27. you're, uh, done with them they can be re-retailed as
  28. low-mileage pre-owned chains. (Or am I missing the
  29. distinction between using the chains and using the
  30. handcuffs attached to the chains?)
