  24. Bzzzt.  That was Houston.  A few things worth noting; Dallas uses the
  25. excuses that homosexual sex is against the law in TX from hiring openly
  26. gay cops; none of the other major cities in TX use this excuse.  With
  27. the threat of a lawsuit, the Dallas City Council _still_ decided to
  28. refuse to hire Mica England (a lesbian who wanted to work for DPD).
  29. When a court found in Mica's favor, they continued to fight.  Why?
  30. Who knows - it's Dallas.
