  12. Are there any other eggheads who watch 'This Week with David Brinkley?'
  13. If you did you saw something interesting.  The topic of the show was 
  14. baby boomers and generational politics.  Anyway, one of the guests was
  15. the publisher of Rolling Stone Magazine.  This guy came on and said that
  16. his generation was the first to start doing things about the environment,
  17. and civil rights for blacks, women and gays.  Later in the interview, Sam
  18. Donaldson asked him 'Sir, you mentioned that your generation was sensitive
  19. to civil rights for gays, correct?  Well, excuse me, but didn't you just
  20. spend your holiday vaction in Aspen Colorado, where a there's a boycott
  21. on the state because of measure 2 passage?'  The guy did some rather 
  22. unelegant back-pedaling and then used the excuse that he didn't know that
  23. the boycott was official yet.  Oh PUHHHLEEEEAAAAAZE!
