  15. Obviously the best thing is to get them to admit to something and tape
  16. it, and THEN request the reason for termination in writing by sending
  17. a request in writing.  If the two reasons are different (they would be
  18. fools to say sexual orientation was the reason in writing), then
  19. confron the HR people. You should also get a copy of his complete
  20. personnel file which includes all of his merit reviews... especially
  21. the last one.
