  16. I have heard of organizations which use voicemail-like systems which
  17. forward the calls (NOT the phone company's forwarding which still
  18. might be recorded).  True, the numbers still appear in the database
  19. for the gateway, but thenumbers to which such a system forwards the
  20. calls would be blind to the actual caller.
