  16. He is right, in a way... the rights to marry and the tax benefits of a
  17. family (in some cases) were originally setup by the government to
  18. promote the State's (ie. Big Brother's) ideals.  Times have changed
  19. and people have been educated and informed... even most churches now
  20. agree that the homosexual union can be just as loving and caring as a
  21. heterosexual one.  It's time that our government put its pen to work
  22. were it's mouth has been and start promoting all families instead of
  23. the "traditional" ones.

  25. Have you discussed this with him further?  Maybe you should show him
  26. OUR family calender (available from SHocking Gray as well as many fine
  27. charities and community groups around the country).
