- Once the gay-is-ok directive has been passed down the military
- chain of command, the next issue will concern rules of conduct which
- govern actual homosexual practice.
-
- Now I have never been in the military, but I have a general idea
- what goes on, regulations or not (I've seen, for example,
- "Boys of Company F" - BTW Rick Donovan's debut).
-
- Now it seems that current regulations say that a male soldier
- can be sent to military prison for allowing a female (even wife)
- to touch his penis with her lips, so things are troublesome for
- heterosexuals already. But what will the eventual rules of conduct
- be that govern homosexual behavior?
