  12. Once the gay-is-ok directive has been passed down the military
  13. chain of command, the next issue will concern rules of conduct which
  14. govern actual homosexual practice.

  16. Now I have never been in the military, but I have a general idea
  17. what goes on, regulations or not (I've seen, for example,
  18. "Boys of Company F" - BTW Rick Donovan's debut).

  20. Now it seems that current regulations say that a male soldier
  21. can be sent to military prison for allowing a female (even wife)
  22. to touch his penis with her lips, so things are troublesome for
  23. heterosexuals already. But what will the eventual rules of conduct
  24. be that govern homosexual behavior?
