- In one sense, I'm not sure it's relevant whether HP would or wouldn't
- fire Mr. Reaser in violation of its own EE policy, or if there are
- examples of companies violating their own EE policies. Yes, the
- scenario involves some possibly unlikely hypotheticals, but IF the
- hyptoehtical situation proposed by Mr. Reaser (HP decide to hire only
- bisexuals and fires both of you) were to be realized, then you would be
- able to seek legal rewourse and he couldn't.

- Doesn't that strike you as being just plain wrong? The likelihood of
- the situation does not change its moral value.
