  31. In one sense, I'm not sure it's relevant whether HP would or wouldn't
  32. fire Mr. Reaser in violation of its own EE policy, or if there are
  33. examples of companies violating their own EE policies.  Yes, the
  34. scenario involves some possibly unlikely hypotheticals, but IF the
  35. hyptoehtical situation proposed by Mr. Reaser (HP decide to hire only
  36. bisexuals and fires both of you) were to be realized, then you would be
  37. able to seek legal rewourse and he couldn't.

  39. Doesn't that strike you as being just plain wrong?  The likelihood of
  40. the situation does not change its moral value.
