  23. It happens all the time, Walter.  Individual managers violate the
  24. policies.  Just like individuals violate a company's sexual
  25. harrassment guidelines ALL THE TIME.

  27. I'm curious -- do you know any HR people?  If so, I really recommend
  28. that you have a conversation with one about all the things they have
  29. to deal with -- the constant violations of company policy (if the
  30. company is at all large).
