  17. I don't think announce is the right title for an info group. I would
  18. imagine that such a group could carry documents, like texts of laws,
  19. and maybe stuff like monthly postings of safer sex information and
  20. contact phone numbers.

  22. Those last two strike me as something that it could be very useful to
  23. have around whenever they're needed. It'd be good to see postings like
  24. that somewhere in the new hierarchy.
