- Try *actually* thinking. But not here, and take your time;
- the evidence is strong you're going to need a lot of time.

-
- Really, you're too modest. You didn't have to explain that
- part, not a bit. We all knew, really we did.
-
- >But for people here, arrogance, bad manners, and filthy
- >language almost seem a badge of honor. And *you* have the
- >GALL to accuse me?
-
- Honey, we're adults here. Those dumb-ass little guilt trips
- you straight boys try to foist off on us never work; we've
- seen it all, thousands of times. Are you out of first grade,
- actually? "Filthy language" is a child concept. The *real*
- filth is the Pat Robertsons, the Ron Melbons, the Colin
- Powells, and millions of bigots like them. So don't you
- *dare* expect pretty language when you come on with the
- tripe you've been spouting around here, you jackass.
-
- >>As Bob Donahue
- >>quite calmly remarked, it's put-up or shut-up time, buddy.
-
- >What exactly do you want me to "put up"? Nothing, from what
- >I can see.
-
- I believe he had very specific suggestions about writing
- letters. But I believe it's "nothing you can see," too.
-
- >You mean either agree with you or shut up.
-
- No, sonny, I don't give a rat's ass whether you agree with
- me or not. I would like it for you to shut up, you're right
- about that. You've delighted us for long enough.
-
- >The longer I read this group, the more I understand the wall
- >between gays and straights that you rail against so much.
-
- See, it was all a set-up. You don't understand a *thing*,
- really you don't. You come around, wanting the faggots and
- dykes and bis to be all gratified by the educational
- opportunity you present to us. You're like a thousand
- others we've seen over the years, Walter, masquerading under
- the good liberal guise of being friendly, but as soon as
- someone calls you out for the CRAP you're saying, your true
- nature becomes crystal clear.
-
- You think your little guilt trip is going to make us oh so
- sorry you've gone away mad. Don't count on it, buster,
- because we've seen it from more angles than you can imagine,
- let alone understand.
-
- >Somebody doesn't take what you say at face value, without
- >question, and you resort to cursing them and filthy
- >language; and you wonder why people end up with a bad
- >attitude towards gays.
-
- Hey, with friends like you, we won't need enemies. Isn't
- *that* special?
-
- >Maybe you need to get out a mirror and you'll see where the
- >problem is coming from. Maybe if people react negatively
- >towards you it isn't because you are gay, it is because you
- >are an arrogant, foul-mouthed person who shows little
- >tolerance for those he asks tolerance of.
-
- Lots of mistakes in that paragraph. I haven't heard a single
- person ask for your tolerance. I've seen a lot of tolerance,
- though, as you ranted on and on and on and on and on and on.
- And on. What you take for arrogance on my part is contempt
- for you and your attitude. You don't even begin to know what
- foul is, so spare us your pea-brain lectures.
-
- We're not asking for tolerance here, Walter; we're demanding
- our rights as human beings, as equals in the society. That
- you would take it for something else just shows what a
- hopelessly ignorant fuckup you are.
-
- >Count one vote (from me) for "get out". I've had enough of
- >listening to people whine for support and
- >tolerance/acceptance, and then turn around and have no
- >tolerance for others, and threaten, curse, etc them. The
- >whole thing is really pitiful.
-
- Sure. Tell us one we *haven't* heard.
