  31. You know, Walter, some of the people who regularly post here
  32. are straight, and they don't run into any of what you've run
  33. into.  The difference, reluctant as you may be to entertain
  34. the notion, lies with your attitude.  You go away now,
  35. there's a good boy, and you think long and hard about all
  36. this, say for maybe ten years.  Try to meet and actually
  37. hang out with lesbian, gay, and bisexual people.  Get to
  38. know them as people.  Do some community work to lessen
  39. homophobia in your workplace, in the society at large.  Get
  40. some first-hand experience of our world.  Then maybe you
  41. will be ready to *begin* to understand.  So far, you're just
  42. another oppressor, and I suspect few here will be sorry to
  43. see you go.
