  44. IS needed is for some people who have the privs and the perks (that's
  45. you Walter) to have the cojones to actually stick his neck out
  46. and publically speak his mind -NOT to the people who already know
  47. it (that's us Walter), but to the people who need to hear it most
  48. (that would be the HR dept. at HP for example)...  If you're not
  49. going to *do* anything but wheeze *at* us, then go away.  We
  50. need allies.  That's not someone who is all talk and no action.
