  19. While you're right in saying that they aren't bastions of equality,
  20. they didn't pass an amendment making it impossible to INTRODUCE
  21. anti-discrimination, like CO did.

  23.     No fear Walter...*most* of them saq what CO did and got
  24. the message --- at least half are now going to try and pass their
  25. own CO:2 by 1994.  So they'll all be equal in their pro-discrimination
  26. stance...  and lucky us won't even be able to take them to court...
