  19. This is amusing...  Years ago, my mom tried the same thing (though it wasn't
  20. snow, it was just this bare patch out in the yard).  Now, we have this
  21. really interesting hedge that JUST WON'T DIE.  We even trimed it down to
  22. almost bare stems poking up a few inches off the roots, and did this a few
  23. times, but it grows back nice and healthy.

  25. obmotss:  Hmmm...  do poinsettias have gender?  Perhaps my mom acquired a
  26. set of gay flowers?  :)
