  23. And I guess Ms. Duarte never went to an ACTUP meeting in New York.
  24. Last time I was there (okay, it was 1990) they seemed to be thinking a whole
  25. lot about Hispanic issues. Every fact sheet and every poster had to have 
  26. both English and Spanish versions, or it wouldn't get done.  There was at 
  27. least one committee dealing solely with Hispanic issues. And ACTUP also
  28. sent a group down to Puerto Rico to do some protesting and help the people
  29. down there get going with their own direct action group.
