  16. No. Atlanta, for one, does not. I heard the head of the Colorado
  17. Tourist Board (who has an obvious agenda here) complaining that
  18. it was awfully smug and hypocritical for Atlanta to be boycotting
  19. Colorado when Denver, Boulder, Aspen all had enacted anti-
  20. discrimination ordnances while Atlanta never has. Lesbigays in
  21. Atlanta have no more legal protection than those in post-
  22. Measure-2 Colorado. In fact, they have less, since Georgia
  23. (home of Bowers v. Hardwick) still outlaws sodomy.
