  24. Well, after all, since the male _is_ generic, even if
  25. individual women for some reason of their own don't
  26. feel included by it, man-hating is really Man-hating,
  27. i.e. contempt for all of humanity including oneself,
  28. and it is only necessary in the interest of the greater
  29. good that one compassionately lead those afflicted by
  30. such self-hatred into a better understanding, perhaps
  31. by letting them rest for weeks on end in rooms with
  32. pleasant yellow wallpaper.
