I don't tend to go in for shaven *anything*.  A man who is naturally
bald[ing] and isn't insecure over it is certainly no less attractive
to me generally than someone with a full head of hair -- and on the
right "type," I can find it a definite "additive" to his attractiveness.

[Note that I wouldn't tend to include as a "shaven" person a man
who had "naturally" lost most of his hair, and just shaved the bit
he had left because it was less work to deal with. A matter of
degree and personal taste, obviously.]
