  15. Ron, Austin has had laws supporting equal rights of access for g/l
  16. people as far back as '74 (I believe).  Moreover, it is the home to a
  17. lots of hi-tech companies... most of which lead the rest in
  18. recognizing that diversity in the workforce is what has made America
  19. so great.  And, last but not least, Austin was home to some very hip
  20. hippies... they ran the good ol' boys out of town :)
