- This is *always* the best reaction to someone who will not educate
- themselves and open their mind and heart... sometimes issues must be
- counteracted, but it is best to do an "f" instead of an "F" and leave
- the caps for the "R" :) (for those who are not using th *n readers,
- "f" is a follow-up which doesn't quote an article, ie. you aren't
- talking with a particular person, while "F" does and "R" is a netmail
- reply with quotes).
-
- Discussions with closed minded people are perpetual... no one comes
- out a winner, but there usually are more than two losers. While they
- should never be isolated from the trueth of hatred, people who are
- just coming to grips with their sexuality are sometimes drawn into the
- discussions because of pent-up anger, or they may shy away from them
- with fear.
-
- This is really to everyone:
-
- If you *need* to come back at someone, then be my (and I hope our)
- guest... I don't mind it if you fill the bandwidth up if it is doing
- someone some good. Just remember, though, that there are some who
- will be frightened, upset, or angered by the discourse... so keep most
- of it in netmail if possible.
-
- If you don't really need to come back at someone, post the correct
- view without directly addressing the opposing one. Feel free,
- however, to netmail and set-up search parties to ferret out the
- rascals.
