  38. Comet to Loudspeaker to Head of David to Trouble Funk to Ronald Shannon
  39. Jackson to June Cortez to Fugazi to Cypress Hill; stop for a breath, read off
  40. everything, and dive back in with John Coltrane to Sun Ra to Nels Cline to
  41. Lightning Hopkins to Albert Ayler to John Lee Hooker to Godflesh to Pain Teens
  42. to Current 93 to Gang of Four to Death by Milkfloat to Pink Floyd to the Orb
  43. to Woody Guthrie; and on and on.

  45. American commercial radio is stupid, designed to appeal to the lowest common
  46. denominator by businesspeople so fixated on the bottom line that they don't
  47. give two shits about the music or the listeners. (Most college radio is
  48. exactly the same.) Being a good disc jockey used to be an art form.
