MALE STUDIES - INTERELATING PROCESS - INTERVENTIONAL COUNSELING

INTERELATING PROCESSORS - Group go around and check in - name -
inventory of emotional, mental, spiritual state of client. Male
as father role, -son-daughter-wife-friend-protector in friendship.
verbal go around-state in hear and now concise inventory in the
client's communiocation.Sensativity exercises-three memories in
positive experience -three memories of negative experience. The
client should be motivated to share in concise detail.Experience
relating to inventory as to affect on client's hear and now. Breath
exercises-rhythmic-relaxational-deep breathing exercises-return to
regular breath pattern. Musical exercises therapeutically adminis-
tered.Music therapy as humming - open vowels - deep breathing -
sustained tone using open vowels - Open vowels in group soft sing
ing - (use songs agreed upon and known by group), - Inprovisational
exercises, (Who would like to make up a song?), - Soft humming in
any style-blues-folk-jazz-classsical-inspirational-spoken- bring
the group back into go around form. INTIMACY EXERCISES - Hug
therapy-from Relaxed Intimacy to Intimacy - arm hug - shoulder hug
- side hug - back hug - leg hug - full hug standing - double time
full hug
sitting - head hug standing - sitting - full hug standing -
sustained by humming and breath exercises - Bear hug standing -
sitting. PAIR OFF GROUP GO AROUND IN TWO GROUPS - DISCUSS MEMORIES
REFER to childwithin exercises - state of child within - education
- Move ahead into adult experiences - After sharing exercise in 2
groups - Continue with 2 groups doing Hugging exercises as Father-
Brother-Friend-Confessor-Lover. Sensativity exercises include music
therapy-fine art therapy-hug therapy-massage therapy exercises
taught and explained by facilitator then performed by 2 groups
until they are brought back into go around. Man as warrior-king-
protector facilitated to topics by scenario story telling imaginary
exercises-Moving outside the group to community participation and
facilitation.
AIDS Study group processors - Aids can not be contracted by touch -
hugging - closeness of any kind - can not be contracted by using
a washroom touching a door knob etc. - facilitating healing by hug
therapy which raises the immune system - humain dying and the path
ological process by touch - massage - hug - therapy - process with
community process - at all facilatory points. Aids education motiva
ting group members to replace sexual addiction by massage-hug-touch
therapy. Facilitator must instruct group toward application without
restrainment which could offcenter group in positive laboratory
process. -Absence of Male role- American dysfunctional families
number nine out of ten in actual here and now assesments by
counselors. Male as father-comfortor-authority-sensativity as
obedience respect of authority - lover - nurturer - processing
childwithin exercises - imaginary exercises - sensativity
exercises-aids awareness as sensativity exercises-strong
facilitation by counselor-to scientific data- all must be covered
in friendly interelating discussion- responsibilities - client must

Motivation by national programs using leadership from political -
educational - grade l - grade l6 and above - design of laboratory
to motivate with interventional exercises and discussions - a
concise explanation in group laboratory manuel - (male groups
operating processors and background data - Dr. Gumba l992),
All laboratory exercises in manuel must be performed in modular
step by step procedures. Complete motivation using scientific data
as well as the performance of all laboratory exercises.

EDUCATION - Same process as in Aid study group as far as the male
to male interelational process. Sensatizing process - scientific
data - educator - as father-comforter-motivator-creative person-
coach-sharper inventories of abilities from grade 4 level and up-
motivators-creative-imaginary-wordgames-music therapy and breathing
exercises-creative education - recognizing family role playing in
classroom-recognition process-deleting dysfunctional judgemental
education when it is simply acting out toxic systems-dysfunctional
families. Extensive creative motivation in modular sequence using
all process of male to male processors - teacher as father-brother
friend-sequence. Congruence-warmth-interelating-positive
motivators-genuine and positive interest must be interelated with
student.exercises in finding abilities - study by computer - organ
ization of cirriculum in modular format so student may proceed at
own pace. When ranked next to other hi-tech nations United States
ranks near the bottom in language skills, mathematical skills, as
well as scientific skills.

ENVIROMENT -Same process as aids and education group. Imaginary
exercises - imaginary scenario story telling - motivation of
empathic sense to creation in general - [perform several imaginary
exercises in the IN A forest,lake,mountain,fresh breath - breathing
exercises - imagine as many scenarios of a positive nature - bring
group to a positive facilitation - at this point - facilitator
motivates discussion and moves group into bad scenario story
telling until discernment finds group in negative state -
facilitate group with the solution cycle - at this point -
solution cycle - recycling - community groups spelling out
individual roles for pollution water, air, land, education policing
rights and control by citizen - legislative process - process of
putting enviromental clean up on hold deleted - Core community
groups using public information act to track all corperate and mass
offenders using and abusing local laws - epa - exceeding standards
ex.- Corperate sectors using mexican soil as excuse to exceed EPA
standards with dozens of different kinds waste, chemicals, and mfg.
processes by thousands of time. This alone constitutes crimes
against huminity when though in the context, "Actions speak louder
then words! Facilitating appraisal in workplace - educational -
inspirational - recreational - community - recreational by group
members individually and as a collective. Strong leadership roles
with citizen reponsibilities to include - groups-individual-
written-media involvement through public service with donation of

after research -statistics- etc has been enfforced by community.
Since media serves the public their public servent role is
demanded. As this is in the spirit of male studies it is important
to do all core opening group processes covered in General
Interelator processors according to Dr. Gumba's laboratory manuel

ECONOMY PROCESSORS - Same process as in the AIDS, EDUCATION,
ENVIROMENTAL Groups again covering aspects of the interelation
process explained in first section of this outline. Workplace-
graduated processes from the family unit - dysfunctional family -
workplace - the prison concept - indifference patterns-sensativity
exercises - realistic vocal speech v.s. robot talk - (everyone
sounds like an announcer on an FM station). Facilitator requiring
a hug (less intimate more appropriate-side hug- arm hug-group hug-
etc.), to replace handshake gesture in all communication in house-
eye contact (require at all time)- negative judgemental statements
again acting the dysfunctional family out. - Moderate dynamics in
vocal speech at no time loud crude utterences - human resource
process including analysis-testing-retooling-seeing value in human
resource. Reward system for honesty striking out the old
dysfunctional family again. Honesty in transacting business- How
you teach your human resources sincerity if you talk like a robot,
forget honesty in daily or long term association with human
resources or market. Sensativity exercises v.s. indifference
reality to motivate-rejuvination-honesty-pride in work. Rewards and
motivation can't take place in a climate where there's nothing to
work for. One said this is the decade of greed. Pension funds
criminaly used, jobs lost due to offshore manufacturering to
maximize profits yet not provide for the community who made the
contibutions to stable production-marketing-growth of same.
AGAIN ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS, YOU CAN'FACILITATE A
POSITIVE OCCUPATIONAL GROWTH IN THE WORKPLACE WITHOUT ELIMINATION
OF WASTE, MANIPULATION, NOT PROVIDING FOR AND OWNING THE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSTRUCTIVE-HEALTHY-INTERELATING MANAGEMENT
WITH ITS WORKFORCE. Sensativity exercises-interelating exercises-
elimination of robot speech-direct communication-eye contact-
honesty in all processes-involvemwent in community in matters
of Congruence, Productivity must have quality-not to build it
cheap-to wear out quick-honest marketing of same with more of
a interelating process as high pressure marketing is wearing
out its welcome anyways. The corperate sector must take on more
responsibility because it resources are higher then its member
workforce. Corperations setting examples to safeguard the
enviroment - the family unit by the safeguards to its workforce-
by medical benefits-pensions-quality of product to protect
marketing-by accepting its long record by practice maximizing
profits with the sacrifice of all processes which make the
workplace positive. Corperate sector must learn to sacrifice
its isolation processes to maximize profits and at the same

realistically make these profits but at the same time accepting
responsibility for enviromental issues, occapational place, issues
concerning the community such as education, aids, provisions for
their human resource such as community contributions proper share
of responsibilities such as corperate taxes becoming in realistic
line with the concept there is only so much to go around.


GENERAL SUMMARY - male studies and interelational processes

Since the sociological process is one which is made up by human
members. The age old additude that men must be robots-without
feeling - relating only in competition - viewing each other as
an inannimate object - at distance at all times - the curtailing
of emotional behaviour - total detattachment from emotional center.
Once you as the facilitator becomes aware that things don't
change but only people do.

To make a sociological event happen one must make the sacrifice
LOTS OF AIRTIME SO THE PROCESS CAN BE FIRST NATIONALLY INSERTED
THEN BROUGHT ABOUT AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL.
