  38. "not keeping in touch" should be grounds to terminate a father's
  39. parental rights, then what do you think about the following:

  43.  woman is two weeks' pregnant.  She later has the baby but 
  44.  doesn't tell the father.

  48. "fled the scene."

  50. According to Michal, the man can preserve his parental rights
  51. only by traveling to the woman's new city eight months after
  52. breaking up, in order to pursue her and see in person whether
  53. she is now pregnant.
