  15. I just received an announcement for the 18th National
  16. Conference on Men & Masculinity to be held at San Francisco
  17. State University from July 8-11, 1993.

  19. The conference is sponsored by The National Organization
  20. for Men Against Sexism (NOMAS), "an activist organization
  21. supporting positive changes for men.  NOMAS advocates 
  22. a perspective that is pro-feminist, gay-affirmative, and
  23. committed to justice on a broad range of social issues.
  24. We affirm that working to make this nation's ideal of
  25. equality real and substantive is the finest expression
  26. of what it means to be men."

  28. The announcement doesn't provide an official program, but
  29. it does mention one-day institutes on:
  30.     Men's Studies
  31.     Ending Men's Violence
  32.     Gay Rights/Homophobia
  33.     Men, Mental Health & Psychology

  36. presentations and performances at the coffeehouse.
