  11. A humorous gift for a guy joining a fraternity might be a shirt which equates
  12. beer with college.  A more serious gift might be a drinking glass or mug with
  13. the fraternity's crest or letters on it.  For a woman joining a sorority, a
  14. humorous gift may or may not be appropriate, but a gift such as a small balloon
  15. bouquet or a "letter shirt" may be appreciated.
