  26. It's not saccharine, Andrew.  This place really is (or has been)
  27. one of the most pleasant, supportive, strengthening environments
  28. that I've ever e-encountered.  That's not due to the sweet words;
  29. it's the people here are, on the whole, pleasant, supportive and
  30. strengthening, and that comes out in the way they interact.
