- One reason why some women dislike it when a man says "I'm a feminist"
- is that it can be used to mean "I'm not sexist. How could I be when I'm
- a feminist?" If a woman listening to this line _knows_ that the man is
- blatently sexist then she is likely to be a bit peeved. That's been my
- general experience. Perhaps opinions on whether or not there can be
- male feminists differ greatly from one country to another.
