  21. Not that I'm defending the concept, but just look at the US government, and
  22. what do you see: the same thing.  The majority votes in who they want for
  23. their representatives, and that is what everyone is stuck with.  If that
  24. rep likes to chop down all the forests (or not chop anything), then that
  25. is what you get.  It is *all* "tyranny of the majority".
