  23. It's a large house, there's a hot tub, wood-stove in the kitchen/dining/
  24. den area, a fireplace and pool table in the living room.  Big lot--
  25. potential gardening space, lots of storage.  We're a pretty cheerful lot,
  26. prone to relaxation and good times.

  28. We are myself (computer engineer) and my fiance (student), another computer
  29. engineer (M).  We're looking for a student or professional, male or female.
  30. We have a golden retriever (Phyneas the Wonder Dog).  If you have a dog, that's
  31. fine.  Cats are OK, if they're not prone to marking their territory in the LR.

  33. We aren't exactly a cooperative, but we try to cooperate with each other in
  34. our living arrangements.  We try to keep the eating on a healthy basis, and
  35. require that our roommates be open minded and tolerant and considerate of 
  36. the others in the house.  No other restrictions apply:  you're free to do and
  37. be what you want!

  39. The rooms are both $305 per month, and there is a deposit of $500 (this will
  40. go to the people currently moving out--they bought a house in BC!).
