- I am now working with PC-based Sense8 WTK system. I'd like to
- implement some kind of filtering on the position/orientation data of
- the head tracker (a Polhemus Isospace). Well actually I am more
- interested in ORIENTATION data...
-
- I've read about the Kalman predictive filtering, but, although I don't
- really know it, it sounds REALLY computational expensive, and on a 486
- we're not that rich.
-
- If someone can on the other hand say it is NOT expensive, well...
- better!
-
- If it is, I'd like to hear about any idea to cheaply (and therefore, I
- know, not very accurately!) filter the data, trying to reduce lag and
- so predict the... next move. Maybe some kind of mean...
-
- ANY IDEA under the Christmas tree for me?
