  12. The last issue of _NASA_Tech_Briefs_ announced the availability of
  13. a report describing a proposal for a rocket using a fluidized bed
  14. of solid fuel particles.  Perhaps this would be an appropriate
  15. technology for an aluminum-fueled rocket (as opposed to liquefying
  16. the fuel).
